FLAMME.SO — Restaurant in Solothurn

Stefan and Sandra are an independent business in Solothurn and a husband and wife team. My greetings from them were very welcoming, and the aroma of flammekeuken is really appetising! The interior is spotless and clean, and the toilet is also very clean. The atmosphere is relaxed and cool, a great selection of toppings are available and there is 2 sizes of flammekeuken, half and full size. The taste and crispy base is delicious, the toppings are freshly prepared and I highly recommend eating here. You will note that there are artists pictures and photography displayed throughout the restaurant, Stefan tells me that they like to support local artists, which is a great idea. Flammkuchen und Crêpes der Spitzenklasse Top-class Crêpes and "Flammkuchen"

Bei unserem ersten Besuch in Solothurn am gestrigen Samstagnachmittag lockte uns der angenehme Duft von frisch gebackenem Flammkuchen. Wir probierten den Klassiker und er war ganz lecker.

Dann bestellten wir noch einen Crêpe (Ovo-Crunchy-Füllung) und Espresso - alles perfekt gemacht von den Inhabern, die sehr sympathisch und nett sind.

Das Lokal ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir werden öfters dorthin zurückkehren, höchstwahrscheinlich nächstes Wochenende wieder...

During our first visit to Solothurn yesterday afternoon (Saturday) we were attracted by the nice smell of fresh-made Flammkuchen. We tried the Klassiker and it was nothing less than delicious.

Then we also ordered a crêpe (Ovo-Crunchy filling) and espresso coffee - all perfectly crafted by the owners, who are very sympathetic and nice.

The place is totally recommended and we will be returning there frequently, most likely next...

I asked for crepes to take away and they just put topping of Nutella and caramel in it, not inside. I got charged 24 francs for a very bad caramel and Nutella crepe. It’s not worth it for the crepes, I don’t know about the rest.
