We went to this Arabic restaurant on a Thursday evening, and at first, we were the only guests. We worried that might be a bad sign â but it turned out to be the opposite. The food was absolutely amazing!
We ordered the mezze with meat for two, and every dish was prepared with so much care. You know a place is good when the falafel is flavorful and moist, not dry â and here it was perfect. Even though tabbouleh wasnât on the menu that day, the chef kindly prepared it for me anyway, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The Moroccan mint tea was wonderful, served in a very cute and authentic way, and my husband really enjoyed his Sahara iced tea â refreshing, not too sweet, just right.
What impressed us even more was that the chef was both cooking and serving at the same time, yet everything came quickly and with a smile. The personal effort really made the experience special and we even got a little sweet treat at the end.
