Restaurant Spedition — Restaurant in Thun

We (4 people) went for the special pop-up, but unfortunately, we had a bad experience. Although we paid around 80 CHF per person for dinner, it was not worth it. It clearly stated that the sushi was all-you-can-eat. However, the first course took an hour to be served, and the tempura and sushi took two hours. The fish was not fresh at all. The tempura was full of beans, and the mochi was completely forgotten until we asked for it. We were also almost forgotten for a long time, despite being told that the kitchen closes at 10 p.m., yet we were only served once.

Wonderful location...you can't just build a place like this from scratch, one can feel history in every crack. Nothing stuffy awaits you here, but a cool yet warm interior designed by someone with exceptional taste and skill. The service is also remarkable. Fast and friendly. The food is ok, considering it was my first time here. The tartare was a little too much processed and seasoned, as it is often the case unfortunately. I just like to taste the quality of the meat. Excellent, unique menu—with many vegan options. The interior design is cozy and warm like a home. An open kitchen adds to their uniqueness and the service is friendly, yet discrete.
