Kunstmuseum Thun — Attraction in Thun

It does not have a huge size, but it is a small jewel thanks to the place where it is installed, i.e. in the former Grand Hotel of Thun. And what a work!

I find that the rooms lend themselves completely to the presentation of works of art and give a certain dimension, with a side less cold and more warm.

It was a surprise because it was my first visit and I was as much conquered by the place as by the exhibitions presented which were very qualitative.

Este precioso edificio pertenece al antiguo Hotel Thunerhof que fue construido en 1875. En aquella época era el hotel más grande y lujoso del Oberland bernés. El estallido de la Primera Guerra Mundial interrumpió el floreciente negocio en 1914.
