le National — Restaurant in Versoix

Pretty decent little local restaurant. I went here with my godparents for dinner and ordered the entrecôte aux morilles. It was good and the sauce went very nicely with it. I also liked the vegetables they served on the side. However nothing crazy and for the price and maybe a little underwhelming although of course prices in Geneva are over the top. The filet de perche were good however once again nothing crazy. I can also say that the staff was very nice however messed up one of the orders and had to replace the food. Overall would recommend to go here if you live in Versoix however I would not travel far...

We went there for a drink after a funeral. It is a small but nice Restaurant. They served some Snacks although I didnt eat it. I am vegetarian with milk allergy and the Snacks were not suitable for me. I could peobably have asked for some bit since I only came with the intention of drinking a coke I didnt ask. A peine arrivés, on nous fait asseoir à une table qui n’a encore été ni débarrassée ni nettoyée. De mauvais goût en temps normal et absolument inadmissible en période COVID. Rapidement nous constatons un manque de communication entre les serveuses qui se suivent pour nous reposer les mêmes questions. Service lent. Quand enfin nos plats arrivent ils sont corrects sans plus, et ne valent pas les prix exorbitants affichés. Au moment de payer, nous avons dû demander 4 fois de payer par carte, attendre plus de vingt minutes, avant que la serveuse nous aboie dessus qu’on ne peut pas payer par carte sur la terrasse. Traversée donc d’un couloir en passant par les cuisines peu reluisantes pour enfin pouvoir fuir cet établissement...
