BURGER KING — Restaurant in Zug

Very rude staff. I went 3 weeks ago. It was not crowded after lunch time. A young cashier wanted to take my order. Just as I was about to order, an older cashier came and "waved" me off like one does to a fly and told me to wait and let another man order first. But that older cashiers was serving him already. I was shocked, but I let the man go ahead and order. Then came two teenagers, the older cashier signalled them over to him. I was shocked and angry! I raised my voice and asked him,"what are you doing?" I was going to order, you told me to wait and let the man order. Now two teenagers come in, you ignore me and want to take their order! It's not right! He said: I don't know what you are standing there for!Burger King, I have always been a fan and I find service in other outlets generally good. So Lately at 10.30pm I go there to order Veggy whooper as take away.

Usually the staff is very friendly and helpful, but that day initially the staff refused to do the Veggy whooper, stated they cannot do it and tried convince me to take the other Veggy option (which is fried and I didn't want much fried food).

2 more customers came in, then suddenly they can make the Veggy whooper and stated it takes 5mn.

I collect my food take away, start to eat it, and surprise ! plastic stuff inside the burger, just on the top of the Veggy burger ! Such a disgusting taste in the mouth. I finished the fries and strongly thinking to never return there for eating food.

Poor service on that day, the food gave me nausea with the plastic inside/ Poor hygiene.

On the 18th of Jan 2022 I visited the restaurant in Zug and ordered 4 menu Medium as advertised in the TV. At the end the total was 60CHF, a surprise, if each individual menu is less than 15CHF ! The restaurant replied it's because of an extra charge for Water ! Sorry ?! Yes, for Pet bottles ... while pointing to a big menu in the wall. I'm sorry, where is it written +1,5 for Water ? She called the manager who did not help. At the end, I ordered the same food for 48CHF ... Without drinks ! What an experience. I know my rights and the restaurant has to inform me in advance of any extra charge. I was not informed and at the end I faced the "Komish" calculation where 4 menus x circa...
