I love the place and often get my whole day supply from breakfast to dinner from the place, nothing to complain about the quality! But regarding the customer service, “being grumpy” seems to be the team spirit there, not only towards customers but also among the ladies to each other. Being cheerful seems to be banned by the service team.

Would be nice if they learn about customer service. I went today morning asking for fresh Orange juice and they didn't wanted to give me one as there was one on the fridge, we have winter is -10 outside and I have a cold, they could have made one as they have a huge machine that makes it automatically but they didnt wanted. Over lunch time is even worst, I love the backed potatoes but when you try to pay this can take ages the attention is horrible. Great place for lunch. Food is simple (mostly sandwiches and salads), and very fresh. In winter they normally have 2 different pots of soup. I recommend to try a Zuger Alpli (aka carb explosion).
