My family and I loved going here, because it was one of nicest cafés in the neighbourhood, and I have always enjoyed the food on offer.

All of this was undone today, sadly, when extremely rude behaviour from a staff member towards my wife made me reconsider ever going here again. Honestly, if a toddler is choosy about which one of many identical sandwiches they'd like, it's no cause to be difficult with the customer. Rolling one's eyes in frustration is such an amateur move. Such a shame, because I've had nothing but pleasant experiences before.

With behaviour, however, it's always one strike, and you're out. No complaints about the food, mind you... Just customer beware, if you're looking for...

"The bakery seems to disappoint its guests with a lack of fine pastries, limited selection, and high prices. Although it often appears crowded, there is a lack of fresh pastries and desserts, as much of it comes from the freezer. The watery coffee does not contribute to its appeal.

The proximity to Starbucks back then indicated that this place was visited due to the absence of alternatives nearby.

The atmosphere is uncomfortable, disrupted by refrigerator noises and loud music reminiscent of bygone times (for example, a remote mountain village train station).

The interior gives the impression of a cold garage, with sticky tables, dirty floors, and noisy background sounds. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly.

The opening hours are more suited to a remote mountain village station than to a bustling location like Oerlikon."

Die Bäckerei scheint ihre Gäste mit einem Mangel an feinem Gebäck, begrenzter Auswahl und hohen Preisen zu enttäuschen. Obwohl sie oft voll wirkt, fehlt es an frischer Patisserie und Desserts, da vieles aus der Tiefkühltruhe stammt. Der wässrige Kaffee trägt nicht zur Attraktivität bei,

Die Nähe zu Starbucks zeigte damals, dass dieser Laden besucht wurde, weil in der Nähe keine Alternativen gibt.

Die Atmosphäre ist ungemütlich, durch Kühlschrankgeräusche und laute Musik, die an vergangene Zeiten erinnert, gestört (z.bsp.Bahnhofspunten eines abgelegenen Bergsdorfs).

Die Einrichtung erweckt den Eindruck einer kalten Garage, mit klebrigen Tischen, schmutzigem Boden und lärmigen Hintergrundgeräuschen. Trotzdem ist das Personal freundlich.

Die Öffnungszeiten passen eher zu einer abgelegenen Bergdorfstation als zu einem belebten Standort...

Normally I would rate it an okish bakery but recently during Corona times I've noticed the selling personal not always wearing their masks (or keeping them under their chins). Even worse, having a couple minutes long conversation with a customer who was drinking the coffee inside even though now only take away is allowed and of course all masks were down.

I know it's hard during these times... But on the other hand if we all stick to the rules maybe all will get...
