I ate here first today with a client.

Positive: Food was lovely. Really good. Nice presentation as well as great quality. Great little garten for the summer days. Service is kind and friendly.

Negative: prices are not-justified-high.

NO-GO: Billing rip-off. Side-dishes billed separately is just shady at this level.

We were 2 people, ripped off to the following items: the bill has 3 menu salads for two people?? the bill has an extra side dish on the list for something that should've been included, even according to the menu (parmesan risotto)?? my menu 3 that was 36(ish) francs on the menu was somehow billed at 48 CHF??

I would've been very happy to pay for 130CHF for two and probably bring other clients here as well, now they scammed me for 158 francs and I'll never return. Well done.

Shame for this practice. I just want the good Italian food,...

I have to thank the owners for kicking my son and his new wife's honeymoon off on the right foot! I arranged dinner for them on their arrival in Zurich the first night of their trip through a friend who has been going to L'altro for years. I had the pleasure of last going in 2016 and can say, based on the kids feedback, the service, food and atmosphere are amazing as always. Their comments to me were "best meal of our lives", "we were expecting good but are blown away", "every app and both entrees and even desert were 10/10", "unique and delicious"!! All I can say is thank you for making this a memorable trip for the newlyweds. I don't imagine they will ever forget your...

We were treated very poorly by the manager or whoever the person who was incharge on the eve of 19 Sep 2022. If they want locals only on their restaurant they should have put a board or notice. We knew while entering that it’s an expensive restaurant and we made a conscious decision by going in. We were even dressed appropriately. Yet they were very unwelcoming. Maybe their restaurant doesn’t want Indians and Canadians. Will definitely not recommend this one. You can always find a better place with better food and service...
