This park was popping with locals when we visited. The vibes were high. Barbeques, futbol, music, sun bathing, etc. There was a bathroom. We didn't swim but I believe the park had a portion by the river you can take a dip in. Biggest upside for us Americans, it is (allegedly) legal to drink in an outdoor public park, crazy. If we're in America, that would be STRAIGHT TO JAIL! Biggest downside for us Americans, we aren't used to (seemingly) everyone smoking, but it's an outdoor public park so you can find a place away from it. We would come back! (And hopefully will next time in Zurich)

Lohe this place in mid old town Zurich. It's near the lake and the view is stunning. I love to walk around in every time of the year, it's quiet gorgeous weather it's sunny or snowy. In this time of the year there's a lot of festivals and so going on so there's always something to see. The ambience is very nice and if you want you can take the round tour with ship on the lake and enjoy a cup of hot swiss chocolate

I love going there to chill over the week-end or for after work :) there is a lot of space and the mood there is always friendly, and let me feel I am on vacation :) The water of the lake is clean (but this, it’s Zürich) and amazing view 🤩 I am going there during all summer for chilling, reading, bbq, paddle… would be nice to have more food trucks there, but I still give it a 5/5 !

This is definitely one of my favorite lakeside at the lake zurich. Lake zurich has a really nice view towards the alps. It’s always full of people, and the atmosphere is always nice. People swim there and do picnic. At some places it’s allowed as well to have barbecue. The lakeside is family friendly. It’s a place where you should not miss in Zürich.
