Service is SUBSTANDARD! I WONT COME BACK FOR DINNER.

Price: 2 Gangs with drinks 🍷, silverware 🥄, fine-dining setup, nice atmosphere, are approx. 200 CHF. It s normal in Zürich to dine out for 2 people. 👍🏽

Hostess: No hostess at the entrance.

Service uniform looks like WORKING IN HOUSEKEEPING

Setting table is nice & elegant. Amuse-bouche will be complimentary served. It was cold watermelon soup - like Gazpacho 🍉

1st Gang: Entrée was nice & delicous

2nd Gang: VERY DISSATISFIED & DISAPPOINTED

We did order Cote de Provence Rose Wine. I think the lady just wanna pour the wine without asking us whether we wanna taste it firstly. I said I wanna taste it firstly before pouring my wine.

I ordered my fish dish 🐟. It was COMPLETELY RAW INSIDE. Noone comes over & ask whether the food after serving is good or not. So I need to WAVE MY HAND 👋 at the service. Not ELEGANCE at all at this elegant Restauration.

I showed the waiter my order & told politely please tell the kitchen to make it again. He DIDNT apologise for the food 🥘 (Nr.1).

He told me, yes I will tell kitchen & go. He came back again and told me “the kitchen will prepare it for me”, without apology (Nr.2).

The other waitress brought my food, without saying apology for waiting (Nr.3).

Noone came over to ask whether it is good & without raw. After finishing our 2nd Gang, service came & cleaned the table.

They asked bout the service m, I said my fish was raw. 2 people heard without saying a words “sorry” (Nr.4).

We counted 4 times & noone delivered an apology.

Again, noone came over to bring the dessert menu or asked for coffee & tea ☕️. So I decided to order my bill. It s ok if they dont care about their sales. I dont mind.

If they defined themselves just a NORMAL, FUNKY & CASUAL RESTAURANT like on Langstrasse, I dont CAREEE bout the service & food at all.

Such a disappointing experience on Mother’s Day!! My husband wanted to surprise me with a brunch here. He was told he cannot book a table for brunch anymore, but they can offer an “Afternoon Tea” starting from 3 to 5 pm, that same day.

Ok so far, we went there for the Afternoon Tea, got our table, and the “fun” started :). They asked us if we want the tablecloth changed (even though the table was not cleared yet from the people that were seated there previously) - is that even a question in such a place for the amount of money they charge?!? Then, we asked for the Afternoon Tea menu - our waiter brought us the brunch menu card and told us that he can still ask the kitchen to whip something up (because, one pays 59 CHF/person for the kitchen to “whip something up” from the brunch leftovers). He had no clue what the Afternoon Tea is, after explaining what we had booked, he showed us the selection of teas that they have in the menu A la Carte !?! After some other time, he came with a scrappy piece of paper (with spelling mistakes on it - see pic) showing us the Afternoon Tea menus.

This experience, plus the waiter’s attitude and lack of available brunch when they were still clearly serving it by the time we were told to arrive, makes me give the rating. Never stepping foot in that place again. There’s good food and nice brunches elsewhere and you don’t get any of the...

We were here for a yearly summer event and the food quantity, and service by several of the wait staff, was terrible. The ladies that did the drinks were very nice, the staff that served the food were extremely rude and the food was just ok but there was hardly anything given to us. Definitely not anything close to what we paid for it. I had to ask about what the food was because of dietary restrictions and was constantly met with rudeness and when we would say that we didn't want the food, they would be very rude and abrupt. Another time I spoke in my native of Swiss German to the staff and he looked at me strangely so I asked if English was better. He aggressively responded, French, Italian, Spanish, German?!?!! They also kept walking past us in the front, with the food even though we didn't get any and at some point most of us just gave up and went home to eat. A pity because the venue is really nice (outside) and we had fun catching up with each other but it was a huge disappointment...
