Normally I don't like to write bad reviews but I have to this time. Yesterday we tried out this bar. I ordered a Mojito. When the mojito came, it didn't look like mojito. Also the taste was horrible. It wasn't drinkable at all. I called immediately the waitress and explained her that the drink isn't drinkable and if she can remake the drink. First, she said I have to pay for another drink. There is nothing to do if the drink is bad. I told her I'm not paying 2 drinks if 1 drink isn't drinkable. This is not a good service. Then the waitress tasted the drink and confirmed the drink is bad but again she can do nothing about it. She offered me to mix it up with ginger beer to make it drinkable. A mojito costs 18.- Fr. The sense of consuming a drink at a bar is to enjoy the drink and not adding more ingredients to make it drinkable if the drink is messed up at the beginning. I understand that not every drink can be perfect. But what I don't understand if I complain immediately and the glass is full, the drink isn't drinkable I expect that the drink gets remade without discussion. I am very disappointed about the bar and the way you treat costumers.

The drinks were ok, music was nice but the service was problematic. The first waiter was ok, polite, but we had to wait for more than half an hour for two coctails and another half an hour for the rest of the table's order which was a matter of the barmen efficiency. Two friends who wanted to leave early asked to cancel their drinks cause it was taking extremely long, and the waiter denied saying they were preparing them at the moment but we could see the barmen doing something else and it took another 10 minutes to have them ready. Up to this point, we could say it was not their best day, and definitely, we did not have a great time. The cherry on top, however, was the waitress who came for the payment. We asked to pay separately and she got annoyed and super rude, ended up yelling about having too much work and not wanting to argue and left when one of our friends told her very nicely that our experience was not that great. Most unprofessional behavior I witnessed in a long time..only thing we could do was laugh to this...

Really interesting cocktail menu, and the drinks themselves are excellent. HOWEVER. During pre-dinner service last night--during which time the bar was mostly full, but by no means crowded--service was absolutely abominable. It took 20 minutes to get a gin and tonic (ice and gin in a glass, with an open bottle of tonic on the side), and I was informed before I ordered said drink that I'd better order "something simple" (beer, wine, or prosecco) or I'd be waiting a long time. With a nice roll of the eyes and a grimace. I was made to feel as though I was impinging utterly on this man's evening, and that it was insane to expect a cocktail to be made for me IN A COCKTAIL BAR. Not impressed, and not planning to return. There are far friendlier bars in this city, with equally good or even better menus.
