Remo Wüst Bäckerei + Konditorei AG — Restaurant in Zurich

I visited on a late Sunday morning. The bakery was quite busy, but luckily there were 3 servers so the wait time wasn't long. There was a great choice of breads, sandwiches and sweets, but I was disappointed to find only a small section of savory pastries, with maybe only 6 or so to choose from. I tried a pastry filled with chicken and vegetables, which cost 5.95CHF, and it was quite nice, the filling was nicely seasoned and the consistency was good, but the outside, the pastry part felt a bit like it was stale. It wasn't as flaky and brittle as these kinds of pastries usually are. However, that might be because I took the pastry home before eating and it became stale...

Sehr schlechter Kundenservice!, ich war gestern bei der Wüst Bäckerei und als ich reinkahm war keine "Verkäuferin" zu sehen, als Sie (hatte kurzes blondes Haar) dann aus einer Tür kahm schaute sie mich STUMM an (kein "Grüezi" gar nichts) und als ich sagte was ich gerne haben möchte, läutete das telefon welches sie abnahm und dann wieder den raum verliess. Kein wort nichts gegenüber mir, der eigentlichen Kundschaft. (zbsp. "einen kurzen moment rasch"/" entschuldigen sie mich schnell") Ich selbst arbeite in einem ähnlichen Dienstleistungsberuf und DAS hatte nichts mit Kundenfreundlicher Bedienung zu tun.
