Smash Burger Shahba Rose — Restaurant in Zurich

Absolutely love this place! It's now become a staple for myself and friends in Seebach, visiting at least once a week and sitting outside on the comfy chairs. Always get 1 chicken and 1 veal shawarma and always very happy with them. It's the first time I've had a proper shawarma that has fries inside and toasted since I visited Jordan 10 years ago!

There's seating outside (~3 tables) and some inside. They've also opened a shisha lounge downstairs, but unsure if that is yet open. The staff a very friendly and the prices very reasonable (3 shawarma & 2 beers = 35.-)

Disappointed. Such a high review on Google, so I decided to come here. But apparently all those comments and hight stars rate, all from owner friends.

Price is high, but portion of meat is extremely low. Half of the meat in shawarma was a chicken fried skin… chiken it self was cutted on very small peace’s… other half of shawerma was filled with a potato fries. To increase the size of shawerma… poor taste of souse. Not friendly personal… No English...

Came here on a Saturday past 2PM. We were the only customers as it was already past lunchtime. The menu is quite extensive - in case you have problems making up your mind there is also a menu card with pictures available.

The service was friendly. The food was ok, my food was a bit dry (as I requested no mayonnaise sauce), but still tasty. I am sure there are better things on the menu than what I ordered as the reviews seem...
