On our first day in Chiayi, we were fortunate to find this little gem near our hotel. My kids and I were hungry after a long afternoon nap, and thankfully, this cosy Japanese restaurant was just a 5-minute walk away.
It's a very family-oriented place, and as we entered, we gradually felt the warm welcome from the lovely couple who own it. They didn't overwhelm us with conversation, but their warmth shone through in the speed, taste, and presentation of the food they prepared. The owner runs this restaurant with his wife while taking care of their two young daughters in this special place called Hua Le Shi Tang 花乐食堂.

缺點: 等半小時,還先出餐給比我們慢到的熟客,真的是很謝謝,還跟熟客說我們都點烤的。 不是欸!我還有點生魚片、鮭魚丼飯、握壽司欸,有生的吧! 1400元居然吃不飽,350左右的鮭魚丼飯你給我全放尾巴… 忘了說,這個碗比我家貓碗還小🙁

您的湯頭就是蛤蠣丟下去煮最後加一湯匙蒜泥,您說熬湯是什麼部分? 剛好我有喝過蒜頭蛤蠣湯, 有整粒蒜頭!!附圖說明。
生魚片的部分是厚切? 可能是我理解錯誤。 我常去吃的 250元的鮭魚生魚片丼飯 還有340元的鮭魚親子丼 還有300生魚片丼飯的「厚切」 都是不同家。
另外,我還必須自己告知不要尾巴部位? 正常不會全部給尾巴吧?
還有牡丹蝦給老闆提供一下其他家的, 價格一樣,別說烤蝦頭,蝦頭都加飯進去烤。 鮭魚卵只能說單純有鹹,醃製手法可能要再加強了。
我也超納悶1400吃不飽,我每次1000內去吃「井X、七之X、味X、秋山割X、森川X飯、藝壽X」的生魚片丼飯、壽司、烤物都是飽著出來的。
謝謝您幫忙烤蝦頭、下次沒有這個服務可以不用提供。我們不會介意。
熟客的部分,也是我們自己詢問才解釋的,老闆完全沒有事先說明要久等喔! 沒有提供茶水(希望是我誤會喔),所以才點可樂配毛豆的喔,本來沒有要點喔😩
