Chicken burger meal given a pathetically small portion. Meat was not as advertised on the menu. Batter was undercooked and almost raw. Not crispy. I always get the same meal and it was not the same as it usually is yet they stated it was and replaced my burger with a pathetically...

Actually i don't really like the kfc in here. I think because it is not salty enough. But it is okay since they have their grill chicken that taste better. Only one waiter that can speak english. It is really hard to communcate. But for the whole, it is good.

用電子機台點完餐後想要領取點數兌換的禮卷，但那個禮卷沒辦法用電子機台刷，我就站在櫃檯等，等了半天櫃檯都只有一個人，一直在處理外送的東西，其他人都站在旁邊繼續等，其他人也都不知道在幹嘛，跑過來看一下又走了，好像把我們當隱形人一樣，是等到不知道是店長還是誰在講說，顧一下其他客人，才有第二個人跑剛過來處理點餐的東西，真的很無言，因為我還要去麥當勞買東西，ㄧ進到麥當勞就能感受出很大的差別，麥當勞櫃檯有一個很漂亮的女生，會喊單號，並告訴我們剛炸好要等一下喔，不好意思，問說等幾分鐘，她說一分鐘，那時候就覺得因為要等一分鐘就告知我們並說聲不好意思，跟某家店真的差很多欸，雖然是不需要等一分鐘就說不好意思，但有沒有被尊重的感覺真的差很多欸，某家店直接把人晾在一邊，叫號的時候也超兇，我是欠你錢嗎^^做那麼痛苦良心建議妳別做了，我也是要上班的好嗎，我態度也沒妳這麼差，我還是護理的==
