The lighting is beautiful, the atmosphere is good, and the coffee is delicious. It is very convenient on Zhongshan Road. You can go shopping on the whole Zhongshan Road. After shopping from Wenhua Road, you can come over for a coffee and rest before you go shopping. The locomotives outside are occasionally difficult to park, and cars are even more troublesome. It’s hard to find a parking space, other...

I got horrible service there as an American Black person. My Drink was not make correctly, and I had to wait longer because the waitress made other customers drink before mine that came and ordered after me. Will never go...

This Starbucks feels like a public library. There are probably 100 places to sit, but they are occupied by about 40 students and their textbooks and computers. I’m not sure why the manager lets this...

Really appreciate that there's this lovely starbucks near our hotel so that we can come here to work and chill prior to checking in. Quite spacious with a lot of power outlets for you to charge your electronics!

Starbucks is always a go to place. When I leave Canada to go to Taiwan. I always know the service here is going to be number 1! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with English... A big help for me.

一直以來對於星巴克的感覺一直很好， 不管是氛圍或員工素養， 都是我喜歡星巴克的原因， 113.10.29 開心帶著朋友送的星巴克 使用兌換券更換所需飲料/餐點， 選擇了嘉義市嘉義市政府旁的分店 （中山路201號，轉角分店） ㄧ開始點餐中….的過程， 櫃檯女性員工態度與應對就面無表情 員工幾乎近於厭世般冷淡的應對， 讓我感受不到貴公司應有的水準！ 如果是身體不適， 那貴公司可能需要多多關心員工！ 若訓練欠佳， 有可能會因為這次不好的消費 讓貴公司流失客人！ 所以～請不要責罰該員工 請關心她上班的狀態是否能調整到 貴公司的服務水準！ 我想這是我最誠摯的建議！ 謝謝，加油！
