Pork cutlet and 瓦片鸡 chicken cutlet are juicy, soft, and absolutely tender. Friend is not a pork cutlet fan but I quote her: "will eat it again". Chicken cutlet is chunky in meat and limited in fat, which makes for a good moist texture.
Overall generous servings, crazy how the side dish soup is a full-on chicken soup dish with actual chicken bits (usually this would be a main meal?). Even the fruits on the side has avocado 🥑. Very generous indeed for quite value-for-money prices.
Auntie also serves a complimentary homemade white vinegar on the side which was pretty nice to down

建議要來先預訂,不然就是要開門就來,生意真的很好👍,人進人出算是頻繁。

店員是一個大姐,約莫60歲,服務手腳都算快,推一個,態度也不錯: ) 都會主動提醒蒸魚或蒸類的,都要點放30分鐘,因為現點現做:) 小缺點:店內生意太好,大姐會有點忙不過來。
跟家人點了小琉球紅燒肉、油封茶油雞腿、清蒸龍虎斑。
茶油雞腿,沾茶油,真心覺得好吃,雞腿是冷盤的肉,但是沾了茶油,不會過於油膩,肉質軟嫩,非常推薦。
附餐的餐食,稍微顯得普通,不過有附上一些水果切片。但是湯品-雞腿湯,熱熱的,好喝,家人都很喜歡
附餐有一個皇帝豆加上豆包? 這個還不錯吃😋
龍虎斑,肉質軟鮮有韌性,很好吃,而且份量是整尾的,值得推薦,加上烹調手法有帶出魚肉的鮮美,如果願意等候的,這道值得品嚐看看喔: )
小琉球紅燒肉,剛開始覺得醬汁有點味道,後來才知道原來醬汁內有魷魚切段,有把魷魚味道煮進去,後來甚至把醬汁都拿去淋飯吃 😋。
附餐有提供咖啡醋一小杯,但個人不是很喜歡,覺得酸味過高,不過若是以解膩來說,還算適合嚕: )
