Hand On The Pizza — Restaurant in Chiayi

My salsa pizza looked and tasted great. Check out my pictures. I think they use fresh quality ingredients here. Crust is just how I like it too: not really crispy, not really chewy. And I actually think the cook gave thought to the placement of the toppings. I hate when a slice doesn't have some of the toppings on it. That didn't happen on my pizza. So before I ate this awesome pizza, I stuffed myself on their Caesar salad. I gotta quit ordering two things when I go to a restaurant, or I'm gonna look like a blimp soon. Anyway, quality ingredients in my salad as well. The lettuce was really crispy fresh; I super hate when salads are soggy. And they didn't drown out the flavor of any of the ingredients with a lot of Caesar dressing like a lot of restaurants do. Just the right amount. I don't know who does the cooking, but they have my compliments. And so do the two nice young people who work on the floor. They gave me excellent service and were friendly as well. I don't know why, but I think they're siblings. Maybe it's because they both speak English very well. Mom and Dad must've made them study hard every night. I hope the boss here gives them lots of time off (and a raise) so they can go have some fun with their friends. I'm going to definitely come back tomorrow night. If you want to close at 8pm, change your hours to reflect that. I arrived at 8:02pm, and before I had completely opened the door, the manager sternly stated “we’re closed”, without apology or any additional explanation. When we said that your hours were listed until 9pm, you said you stopped serving at 8pm, two minutes before we arrived. That’s called being closed. I can understand if we showed up ten minutes before your listed closing time, but a full hour is absurd, and I don’t know how you expect a customer to respond to that kind of policy. Such a worse place to dine in. When to counter gave us menu asked us to take a seat then a server came to us saying the table is broken (where we were seating ) then we asked if we can seat at next empty table then she said we are full 🤷🏽‍♀️ there is two empty tables no reserved board on table & counter at bar also had seats. Guess they DONT ACCEPT TOURIST HERE !! Dont waste your time visitng this...
