Delicious food and great service with the one in charge with glasses and very profession and friendly lady.
However, the mixed juices were tasteless, we tried to inform the waitress but she did not reply at all. It felt like mixed with lot of water. Also, there was a short hair woman with heavy make up and wore the black suit, I assumed she was the manager but once we told her our parking issue, she just ignored us and ran away. She did not want to solve the problem and hide herself behind other room which was rude and unprofessional!! It’s unacceptable!!!!
Overall the experience was nice except the service….. quite disappointed afterwards.
Hope they could educate their staff well especial the service handling situation otherwise with such nice food….. it’s a waste though…..

服務生態度超差,大概是為了趕下班,一直催我們把魚吃完,因為她要收盤子,不然等下上菜放不下...睜眼說啥瞎話,後面明明只剩甜點和水果,桌上也不過就一盤魚和一小鍋湯 我說這位大媽,現在才八點半,妳是在趕九點的飛機嗎?
以下簡單敘述今天吃的菜色感想(菜色名稱我沒有完全記起來)
春申六小品:開場的六道小菜不是弄得太鹹就是太甜,而且分裝成六盤,問服務生這是開胃小菜還是菜單上的第一道「春申六小品」,服務生跟我們說是開胃小菜,一直到了第二道菜上桌我們才知道剛剛吃的是所謂的六小品
豌豆蝦仁:大概是今天最好吃的一道?
冬瓜干貝柱:讓大家印象深刻的一道菜...冬瓜超大塊干貝超小塊,冬瓜感覺不出有啥調味,干貝乾癟無味
清蒸肥蟹:沒有蟹黃也沒有蟹膏,蟹肉也沒有很多...吃不出螃蟹的高級感
洋蔥豚排:吃不到啥洋蔥,調味尚可,但肉品根本是滷五花肉,而不是菜單上寫的「XXXX排」
芝麻韭菜餅:餅皮烤焦了,而且吃不出酥脆的口感,我能說石牌這邊巷子裡賣的眷村口味韭菜盒都比這東西好吃上百倍嗎?
招牌的櫻桃鴨:沒有網路上說的那麼好吃,弄得太油了。離譜的是櫻桃鴨包的蔥和小黃瓜絲擺在桌上快10分鐘,才看到餅皮和鴨肉端上桌...要不是桌上有擺今天的菜單,我們還不知道那個蔥到底幹麻用的 另外服務生沒有提供餅皮包烤鴨的服務,也沒大概提一下烤鴨怎麼吃,客人只能自己拿著餅皮胡亂包一通
清蒸石斑魚:很普通的醬油口味
螺肉四寶湯:寫螺肉但是我總覺得我吃的是豬肉...同桌的同事覺得一般竹笙煮湯應該滿清的,可是這湯喝起來油油的(肥豬肉嘛)
花生杏仁豆腐湯:今日「驚喜」之冠,整整一大碗十人份的甜湯中,能撈到的花生比我在巷子口買的花生豆花還少,一開始我還以為忘了放花生,同事經過一番「打撈」,終於撈到三顆殘缺不全的花生碎片。另外,杏仁豆腐吃不出杏仁味這點也讓人很驚喜,媽媽咪呀我吃的真的是花生杏仁豆腐湯嗎,還是地溝油塑化劑甜湯?
寶島水果:西瓜鳳梨芭樂...單純的水果切片,鳳梨看起來還有點黑黑的不是很新鮮...好...
