Tasty food with fresh ingredients. However, the 3 of us waited very long in between each course. The entire meal took more than 3 hours!! One of my friends had to leave early to his other appointment... Also saw 4 roaches while were eating, which makes me doubt their cleaniness. And one was very close to my plate!
We were tucked away in the 2nd room, which is not the main dining room. It would have been fine, but because the main dining room was occupied by a big party, we felt very neglected. I wish that the restuarant did not take our reservation and served only that 1 party who booked the main room.
Also, the big party outside became extremely rowdy, which I understand might be out of the restaurant's control. Except that the toilet smelled like vomit when I went at the end of our meal, and no one came to apologize or said anything.

餐廳的主廳 空間感相當開闊,板前座位約可容納十人用餐,木製的桌椅門窗、布幕門簾、以及牆面上的日式的書畫,讓人有清幽閒適的出塵感。
內裡還有數個不同規格的包廂,每個包廂也都提供板前座位,可以讓料理長獨立的為包廂中的客人專門現場料理。
今日9人用餐,價位選擇約8000元/人,都鮨蘭奢待的晚餐價位無上限,可依據客人需求,從每人6600+10%元起跳 至一兩萬元皆可安排。酒費另計,今天喝了白酒以及三種威士忌,三瓶威士忌分別是 一瓶小貓16萬 、一瓶大貓14萬、還有一瓶6萬,是好喝,但我對酒沒FU,喝不出價值🤣
一開始的生魚片拼盤就讓人大為驚艷,紅甘的彈嫩甘甜,鮪魚大腹的油潤化口,完美開場,讓人不禁期待的想像起 後續的料理會有多美味🥰
接下來小林師傅端出來一盆巨型的活跳跳象拔蚌,畫面相當震撼,龐大的象拔蚌個個充滿生命力的在扭動噴水😳,料理完後的口感無比甜美脆彈,喜歡!!💗

巨型的野生馬頭魚,去刺切塊香煎至表皮魚鱗金黃酥脆,內裡油嫩滑口的魚肉,上面還搭配了切成薄片的黏糯烏魚子,口感層次分明,是今日前幾名好吃的料理,相當驚喜😍😍
最後小林師傅拿出了他的手工菜 烤滷水鴨,給大家做為下酒菜,鴨肉軟嫩 鴨胗軟彈入味 鴨腸Q彈好入口,調味堪稱一絕;鹹甜香氣都恰如其分,口感更是恰到好處,完全在吃小林師傅的深厚料理實力,好好吃 好喜歡💗
酒足飯飽後,又送上店家的招牌小菜 巨型滷雞爪,土雞爪體型龐大,膠質肥厚,入口即骨肉分離,已經像是港式飲茶中的鳳爪口感,但調味是走上海菜的滷汁醬香路線。
最後再以清甜的酸菜白肉鍋做為醒酒湯,調味清新甘甜,略帶酸香,還送上腐乳醬和青蔥醬,配著油潤彈牙又甜美的五花肉片沾著吃,一碗下去,暖心又暖胃☺️
飯後的水果和甜點也是一大亮點;甜度極高的多汁日本橘子,以及超好吃的巴斯克乳酪蛋糕,讓人吃到最後都還是驚喜連連,完美收尾,讓人心滿意足,回味無窮💗💗💗
料理道數頗多,太多道料理就不一一介紹,基本上道道滿意,無可挑剔,絕對讓人吃的身心靈都飽足。
