朋友揪去吃麻辣鍋，其實第一道菜一上應該很多人就知道這是哪一家了，沒錯這裡就是被網友稱為被麻辣鍋耽誤的滷雞腳店。他家的雞腳經過挑選每一隻都是碩大肥美，看那腳掌的厚度就知道膠質頗多，指尖經過修剪整齊看起來非常舒服，溫熱的雞腳夾起來差點就散開，入口直接唆一口就骨肉分離，微微鹹香加上膠質豐富難怪很多朋友都喜歡這一口，這雞腳銷量真的好幾乎每桌都點還外帶打包，味道口感還真不錯但我覺得燉煮的有點爛如能再保持些彈性會更好。他家調料比較有意思，是用蒜花加上白醋及香油，最後再淋上一匙麻辣湯調和，雖然也來過很多次但我個人還是喜歡香油加蒜末的吃法，湯底溫和香氣不錯可以直接喝，味道及口感是舒服的，裡面的鴨血豆腐可以續加非常貼心。鴨血軟滑好吃品質不錯，豆腐則是在與板豆腐跟嫩豆腐間稍為軟嫩了些，口感軟綿感覺蛋白質結構沒有太紮實但不會不好吃，目前吃到最喜歡的豆腐應該就是老撈選用的豆腐，口感稍微比這裡的結實有點且裡面充滿孔洞可以吸飽湯汁，這種豆腐真的是麻辣鍋最佳選擇。他家毛肚真的好吃到沒話說，輕輕涮個幾秒鐘新鮮有彈性脆感吃得到，味道乾淨沒有腥味異味而且還不會韌到咬不斷，這就是新鮮好吃。頂級牛小排用的應該是美國牛，油花分布均勻細緻，入口毫無腥味吃得到牛肉的香甜，這款牛小排應該是單點的麻辣鍋最喜歡用的牛肉，切的也算厚薄適中十分好入口。豬肉感覺也不錯單看外觀薄可透光，應該是為了比較容易燙熟所以才切這麼薄，但說真的這麼薄的豬肉就算肉質再好也吃不太到口感啊，這有點可惜。丸餃類還行屬於中上等級，其中燕餃表現最好，在清湯鍋中煮熟後吃得到豬肉的甜香，品質真的不錯，蛋餃稍為薄身一些蛋味不是太出色，但已經比一般麻辣鍋店用的品質更好了。整體來說這家麻辣鍋在台北算是非常不錯，店內環境乾淨舒服服務也非常親切，店內不大來客都是年輕貌美的族群，是家可以常來的店。鼎旺麻辣鍋二店台北市大安區大安路一段229號1樓 #台北市 #大安區 #火鍋 #麻辣鍋 #鼎旺麻辣鍋二店

Taipei's old spicy hot pot🍲, no matter summer or winter, is full of people. Because it was so delicious that I forgot to take pictures of the ingredients, so there were very few pictures. The only food photo is braised chicken feet🐓, the only food that can't be taken out. It's delicious. The first time I eat it which can separate the meat from the bone with your tongue! The shop service attitude is good, the whole experience is excellent👍 . 台北老字號麻辣鍋🍲，無論夏天或冬天，用餐時間都滿滿的人。因為太好吃了，忘記拍食材，所以照片少得可憐。食材照片只有滷鳳爪🐓，這家店唯一不能外帶的食材，真的非常好吃，第一吃到用舌頭就可以把骨肉分離！麻辣湯頭也很優秀，有麻有辣，越吃越辣🌶。店家服務態度也很好，整體很優秀👍

Really good, no fuss hot pot - clean, fresh and comfortable. Not a very big space so you may have to book a table.

English menu (with photos) available if you lack a local guide, plus some of the staff are multi-lingual.
