Reasonable prices and a fair selection of vegetarian and vegan food, which is mostly Indian, with the exception of a few dishes - one of which was falafel with hummus & pitta bread. First off, if someone asked me to recommend a restaurant with authentic Indian cuisine, I couldn't honesty suggest this place - not that the food is bad at all, but it was a bit too generic in terms of taste and not really that authentic if I'm honest. Having said that, the food was for the most part freshly made and quite delicious, so no real complaints there. I suspect the salsa was out of a jar but nonetheless it was tasty enough.
The negative sides were unfortunately quite apparent - it took a while to place an order, even though the waitresses at points weren't particularly busy. Then once the order was placed it was another 35 minutes before the dishes arrived. That's longer than I'd expect in the UK, so in Taiwan where they're used to getting their food within minutes, that is too long to wait. Service was pleasant enough, but one waitress seemed more preoccupied with choosing which MP3s to play from her phone via the restaurant speakers than taking care of tables. The songs she played were pretty awful unfortunately.
Overall it wasn't a massively great visit, but the food was nice even if it wasn't outstanding. I'd suggest dropping the waitress (wannabe DJ) and adding an extra chef. Then things could really be...

Food: Recommended- Samosa was really good (we even ordered an additional serving). It was our favorite!
Just Average- Salad, Indian curry, and pita platter were just average and seemed to cater more to Taiwanese palate than really authentic Indian cuisine. Serving was also good enough for sharing!
Not recommended- the brownie really fell below our expectations as the serving was quite small and felt like it was just microwaved. It also took really long before being served.
Service: The owner and the servers were very friendly and responsive to our request. The dishes were served quickly except for the brownie.
Overall: Recommended for those who aren’t into strong or rich flavors (which are typical of authentic Indian food) and prefer a “Taiwanese” touch to Indian cuisine. CP value is high and the food tasted good but not the “best” or most authentic you’ll have.
(Take note that it’s an all-veg resto, so expect a...
Read moreIt’s NOT 3 idiots toast and Curry! We went there under that pretense due to google maps still showing it. I wanted to impress my girl as I went to another location if theirs but did end up getting slightly disappointed. We were placed next to the toilets as other table was ‘reserved’ yet we watched and nobody came. Atmosphere can be super loud and had young students screaming their conversations. It got so bad other customers and us had to scold them… the other locations which I don’t think belong to them are more of an Indian scene. This place was quite industrial looking/ atmosphere. (Half hearted on the Indian decor)
Food was average for an Indian restaurant. Service was ok as one lady waited for my girl to leave the bathroom for her to explain the menu with questions which was nice.
They finally moved us to the reserved table 34mins in but I believe they did so as they saw me takes and started my review upon which they didn’t like me...
