Uber Delivery 3.0 Hainanese Chicken combo - 3.0 Curry Laksa Beef - 3.0

I've ordered here probably dozens of times. The food is usually quite consistent, although it seems like the portion size might have changed. The prices have definitely increased faster than most other restaurants of this food and caliber. Even so, I will still order here because it is clean and quite consistent.

Hainanese Chicken combo - comes with a rice and basic soup, couple of tomatoes and cucumbers. The chicken is OK, there are a lot of places that are much worse. However, it is smaller than before (I would guess one less piece than previously) and the pieces are of lower cut a lot more skin from my observation compared to the past. Even so, I will give this 3 stars and while I won't recommend it to a friend, I will eat it myself to get through lunch.

Curry Beef Laksa (also Pork) - 3.0 I've had beef and pork both several times as they usually have the buy 1 get 1 on Ubereats and if you are hungry on a budget this is a good deal. I think the taste is OK, it's not authentic but it doesn't taste bad either. With some rice or noodle it is fine. It has that premade mix feeling to it and the beef is not of high quality, nonetheless, for the price point the value is there.

Packaging issue - There are many items and I bet they are very busy with containers and cups and bags. I have had many issues with this though as professional as they are with the packaging, they always put one drink upside down. I have told them and ubereats how many times I have received the bag and it is flooded because the upside down drink has broken it's seal, but they have not done anything about it in 3-4 years or however long. When this happens I would like to give it negative 5 stars because you've ruined the food, I spend my lunchtime cleaning the mess usually made in public or work area and you are causing me problems. It is like a prank you deliver to your enemy - here clean this bag of dripping sugar water up. Anyways, just something to note AGAIN.

Overall, like I mention I know I will order from here again it is good for lunch, it is clean and consistent. But it is getting a little worse and you still send me a disaster spill once in a while even after I put it in delivery notes every time you ignore it.
