HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food is decent, but the staff is horrible, uneducated, and poor mannered, that it’s just not worth making the trip to eat here. At the minimum, the owner should teach his staff what Mild, Medium, and Hot spiciness means in English!

I used to go to this Thai restaurant quite often, but after being shouted at when I was telling the staff taking my order the level of spiciness I wanted in English and she looked at me like I was an alien from another planet, and made no effort to understand me, but instead starts shouting at me with impatience, meanwhile other staff members standing by are watching and yet saying nothing, as if it’s okay for their staff to be shouting at a customer who just ordered a lot of food, I never set foot in this restaurant again.

Eating at a restaurant should not be this unpleasant and disrespectful towards customers, just because there's a language barrier. Make the effort to communicate and understand, not shout with impatience.

If you insist on eating here and you’re an English speaking person, be forewarned and prepared to be dealing with very ignorant, uneducated staff who can’t speak or understand even very basic and minimum English.

The positive is that I found another Thai restaurant close by called Sawadica Thai restaurant, with extremely friendly, courteous, professional staff and amazing food. The price is a bit higher than Thai Made, but it's worth it for a more pleasant...

One of the best Thai restaurants I know. It's not totally authentic but close enough. The curry and eggplant seem to be slightly Indian-inspired, being very rich and oily, but also very tasty. Som tam thai comes with meaty additions as is usual in Taiwan. This is the first restaurant outside of Thailand that I know that has yam tua plu (winged bean salad) on the menu. Unfortunately I don't know how it tastes here because we accidentally got som tam (papaya salad) served instead, which was very good though. If you ask them to make it very spicy they indeed make it more spicy than in other places, which simply tastes very good. While in Thailand food is mostly eaten with fork and spoon, in Thai Made the food is served with chopsticks, which is probably more convenient for the local audience. Rice and water are free flow and constantly refilled by the very friendly and attentive staff. The shrimp pancakes which somehow are a staple in every Thai restaurant in Taiwan but nowhere else (certainly not in Thailand) are also good, although I never had them before, so I can't compare (together with the sweet and sour plum sauce it somehow reminded me of McDonald's chicken Mcnuggets 😅). The dessert list is extensive. All in all a great place with many dishes that you won't find in other Thai restaurants, with professional and great staff and most importantly...

Its a good dining experience, food were delicious and service was good. We’re a group of six ordering six menus and spent about $500 per person. We ordered:

Hot and sour fried oysters - liked this so much, it was very flavourful though some might find it a bit too sour.

月亮餅 - it was thicker than the usual, but its still crispy and I could taste the shrimp well; the cut might be smaller than expected.

Matsusaka pork - portion looked a bit small, pork was tender.

Golden fried seabass - fish fried well and the sauce was sour and delicious.

Yellow curry soft shell crab - worth the price! Don’t wait too long or the crab will soak all the sauces and gets soggy.

Traditional Thai hot and sour soup - thought this was a tomyum soup, but for me it tasted more like a tomato soup.

Overall, all the food we ordered were flavourful and it was very nice of them to ask if we want our food spicy. Will be back to try out their...

The food here is excellent! The pumpkin beef curry is excellent, with tender beef chunks and luscious pumpkin chunks served in a pumpkin. If you like pumpkin and curry, you will love this dish. The crispy fish with tamarind sauce was a burst of delectable flavors and textures - spicy and sour and crisp. The crispy pork was very nice too. We were too full to try my favorite Thai dessert - mango sticky rice and I will definitely be going back for that.
