These are my favorite foods in Taitung: DongHe pork buns and BeiNan pork blood cake soup. When I found out I could get pork blood soup in Taipei, I had to go try it out. I think the best way to describe pork blood cake to a foreigner would be to say it's like a very flavorful tofu. To me, the star of the show is the broth, a very rich, hearty soup, perfect for winter. Their braised pork rice isn't my favorite, but it's hard to top giants like JingFeng and SanYuanHao. Overall, I highly recommend visiting this place for their pork blood cake soup and trying some other traditional Taiwanese...

Great food and clean environment. The portion of the dishes are a bit small, but it is always nice to have an excuse to order one more dish! The pig-blood-tofu is really soft and absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this place.
