新竹市東區美食-現場馬拉桑餐酒館 The Local‘s Bistro 🏠地址：新竹市東區埔頂二路10號 ⌚️營業時間：16:00-00:00(每周一公休) ☎️電話：(03)666-1378 💰餐點： - 尖椒蝦炒飯 $220 - 梅醬燒子排 $260 - 碳烤松阪豬 $220 - 剝皮辣椒土雞鍋 $480 ⚠️注意事項：內用低消$200/人 ————————————————————————— 餐點充滿原住民特色，炒飯充滿鑊氣而且粒粒分明，剝皮辣椒土雞鍋甘口微辣土雞肉很Q彈。尖椒蝦炒飯：現場馬拉桑餐酒館的炒飯真的大推，粒粒分明、不油不膩、迷人的鑊氣，加入剝皮辣椒炒飯，微辣又帶點甘，蝦仁很彈牙。炒飯口味很特別，還有山豬皮炒飯、飛魚卵香腸炒飯都很美味。梅醬燒子排：酥炸的子排，裹上酸甜濃稠的梅醬，酸酸甜甜根本就是下飯擔當。剝皮辣椒土雞鍋：剝皮辣椒雞湯真的是不敗的組合，加入剝皮辣椒醬汁熬煮的湯頭，帶點甘口與微辣，還加入鮮香菇、杏包菇、金針菇等各式菇類，以及葉菜類去增添湯頭的鮮甜，剝皮辣椒帶脆鮮辣，土雞肉質有嚼勁充滿肉香。

東西還不錯吃～下班同事小聚或是朋友慶生很適合的地方二樓還有飛鏢，可以來切磋切磋服務很親切，上菜速度也很快 21:00～23:00啤酒買一送一！三杯雞味道夠味，很適合配啤酒！讚。剝皮辣椒培根牛肉捲-不會太辣但又很夠味。梅醬炸豆腐-外酥內軟搭配梅醬，酸甜的口感很搭配。麻油蛤蠣松阪豬-味道一般般，麻油味道可以再重一點。炸物拼盤-滿大一盤的，多人聚餐或是喝啤酒的，可以點一盤，還不錯。馬告啤酒-特殊的味道，沒喝過的可以嘗試看看清蒸海鱸魚-肉質鮮嫩，好吃。檸檬酸辣蝦-酸辣醬有點泰式料理的口感，不是真的檸檬味道。五味香蒜毛豆-味道還不錯，只是份量稍微偏少了些

大麥啤酒🍺NT160、情人的眼淚(海菜)NT200 清蒸海鱸魚NT200、麻油松阪豬NT230 第一次吃到原住民風味料理的餐酒館，當天覺得蠻可惜的是因為颱風假，人比較少，沒有開放2樓，所以與VR遊戲擦肩😖 清蒸海鱸魚肉質鮮嫩，鮮度鹹度都剛好，好吃情人的眼淚💧沒什麼味道（哭笑不得😂？至於麻油松阪豬吃起來很香，但沒有入味的感覺整體傳統家常又時尚的風格，吸引社畜下班小酌也很適合帶喜歡台菜的伴侶來約會用餐 IG孤食日記：🔎bualonefoodie

Super over loud, there is little between you and rowdy drinkers in large numbers. Definitely a place to not hear yourself think, or have any cal/peace. Food was...so so...really nothing redeeming about this place. I suggest moving along, spend you hard earned money in another establishment....this one....should not be around much...

附近的店很多都休星期一。這家店一到日都有營業。聽說只有過年等少許幾天有休息。裝潢還不錯。美式風格。很適合三五好友一起在這兒聚餐，聊天。地點上因為附近重畫區還沒有完全發展完成，這種店在這略顯孤單。尤其目前附近仍是住家為主，客源上還是有點乏力。但是當附近的商業進駐更多辦公室，勢必帶領更多人潮，加上未來的影城，百貨，若是都進駐，後勢看漲。在這兒可以很放鬆，邊吃東西，可以觀看大銀幕電視。若有世界盃等體育賽事，也很適合揪團一起為自己的球隊加油。服務生很親切。上樓附有手足球，VR, 飛鏢機。可以玩一整個晚上。食物的性價比就不是強項了。主要還是內裝的氛圍很讚。酒類還不錯。其實價位若跟一般的PUB 算是平價的，但若當作一般填飽肚子的餐廳，可能會覺得價位偏高。有與多家科學園區的公司簽訂特約，有不等的折扣。...
