鴨肉飯 味道還行 鴨肉一般 應該是都是邊角料原故 炒鴨肉麵，大塊的鴨肉味道還行，吃的到 煙燻味也不柴，炒麵味道一般 不建議點，不如直接點鴨肉來吃 鴨肉飯 個人是推薦的，雖然碎鴨肉 味一般，但請看圖片 上面鋪滿黃黃的東西，是啥我就不知道了 爛成那樣，有點像我家裡醃的醬筍 味道嘛，有點像某種類似醬筍的 醃蘿蔔，因為這東西我只知台語 國語怎麼打，還是難倒我了 我總不能打醬菜頭吧 當然因為以經只剩爛泥，具體是啥 不知，這裡估且當蘿蔔吧，別較真 因為他灑滿了，鴨肉飯上 可以解油膩，再搭配上哪種東西 醃漬後的自然甘甜 即使碎鴨肉的表現一般般 我個人還是推薦的，美中不足就是 那個醃漬味還淡了點 至於鴨肉，建議單點 4.5顆星 更新一下，我再去吃後，鴨肉飯忽然 變大塊鴨肉4塊了，講實話 這次反而吃不出煙燻香氣 但鴨肉軟爛大塊，還行 這次醃漬那個黃色東西，因為放太少了 吃不出味道，飯上灑的調味粉末 感覺很多餘，所以大家要是吃不出來 不是我問題，店家東西每天水準不一定 整體飯，4.4,4.5星吧 這次點了下水湯，個人超推薦 小份75元，料滿滿，誠意十足 照片我隨便拍的，連一半料都沒拍到 鴨肝軟嫩不錯，缺點就是 沒有像樣沾醬，旁邊就只有辣椒油之類 讓你自助，還沒碟子 但實際我看別桌，都是有醬料和碟子的 只有點鴨肉，小菜那些才有沾醬 有點可惜 下水湯，4,8星，這裡假定沾醬 好吃的話，改天我再點小菜看沾醬如何

鴨肉許-中正店 ⁣@takoking2046 新竹有名鴨肉許，有許多家分店，我們選擇店面較大的中正店，此次點了鴨肉飯、鴨肉湯麵、炒鴨腸、炒鴨血，鴨肉飯上的鴨肉較硬略乾但有口感，調味較重的鹹香不錯吃，但鴨肉都是骨頭沒肉，而飯有加些鴨肉湯汁呈現溼潤感，忍不住一口接一口，而鴨肉麵湯的湯呈現乳白色，使用油蔥，喝起來很像台式日本拉麵的湯頭沒有很愛，而湯麵裏的鴨肉個人比較喜歡，因為肉吃起來比較軟嫩，且因泡在湯裏也讓鴨肉吃起來比較溼潤，不過麵條煮到有點軟爛，另不管小碗飯和湯麵都只有兩片鴨肉....真的好少好貴!⁣ ⁣ 另炒鴨腸是炒韭菜花，調味鹹甜適中，且鴨腸保有脆和Q度，這個很合我的口味我喜歡，炒鴨血有點像是薑絲炒大腸那種重酸，但略甜微辣，也不錯吃，鴨血也很軟嫩!⁣ ⁣ 總結~價格略高，份量略少，個人推薦鴨肉飯和炒鴨腸、炒鴨血，不過這價錢不會想常來吃就是!⁣ ⁣ 🌈地址：...
