Service was great, kept things professional, alerted you before placing dishes or clearing the table.
Main courses of duck and garlic steak were great. I really liked the crisped skin on the duck and the meat was juicy and tender.
Side dishes didn't have enough salt for my taste, but relative who comes here more often says it's probably today's chef cause usually it's more savory.
Presentation was pleasing, and quantity was reasonably generous.

Steak was not juicy pretty chewy although ordered fatty meat. You better expect foods and service from just family restaurants like Outback or TGI level. Tables are pretty dense....
Read more已經許多年沒到西堤用餐了,主要是因為先前他們的菜單幾乎持續好幾年都沒什麼變化,沒進步,服務人員也都制式化的在應付客人,所以相較其它餐廳的多樣化選擇而言,西堤的吸引力就遜色許多。
前次會再前往用餐,是因為朋友的邀約聚餐選在這裡,有發現西堤的菜單有做了較大的更新,服務人員相較之前也熱情了許多,有比以往進步。此次再前往用餐幫家人慶生,還有嚐到幾樣新菜色。
「鮮蝦時蔬佐晶凍 」這道開味菜,其實吃完後不曉得剛剛吃過了什麼食材,有點弱;「干貝鮮蝦佐咖哩優格醬」有爽脆的一薄片干貝和小鮮蝦,配上咖哩優格醬還算蠻對味的;「牛肉火腿鮮蔬沙拉 」,火腿相當好吃,蘿蔓生菜非常非常脆,這道口感讓人相當喜歡;「鮮蝦番茄蔬菜湯 」加了洋芋泥後就把原來的蔬菜蕃茄的鮮甜味蓋過去了,有點小失敗;「法式菌菇濃湯」有濃郁的菌菇湯頭,甘甜好喝;「燻雞南瓜濃湯」則沒什麼燻雞味,就只是單純的南瓜湯,不具特色;主餐「原塊牛排」,服務人員建議的7分熟牛肉吃起來口感還不錯,但肉質有些瑕疵,經常會吃到有細筋在裡面咬不斷,表現普通;「肉肉控鐵板牛肉」,其肉品新鮮,但口味偏清淡風,蒜味強度並不是很厚,且有些偏硬,若能配上海鹽或玫瑰鹽提味,則可更增添多汁,讓口感層次更豐富;「法式香煎鴨胸」,肉質軟硬適中多汁,但外皮過於肥膩;「海陸雙拼(魚排+雞腿)」,魚肉鮮甜、烤雞肉質軟綿適中,入味好吃;其品項最最糟糕的品項就是「方塊麵包+焗烤蘑菇」了,麵包本身就很軟爛,加上麵糰本身的熟成度、烤的熱度、焦度都不夠,以致於會黏牙,也沒味道,不好吃,即便服務人員鼓吹可以再續,但一點都不想,把原來的份量吃完,單純是因為怕浪費食物、焗烤蘑菇完全沒味道,吃起來奶油味很重,感覺很膩,不曉得在吃什麼(直覺這道料理早就應該直接砍掉淘汰了,但卻都一直還在)。「炙燒冰心水果泡芙...
