其實不用深入了解啦，一個店員又要招呼又要包裝又要結帳，就是忘了給積點，而且是常態，然後這個積點其實只是對客人一個很雞肋很廢的福利，但既然有了你不主動給，買了幾次就被發現了，客人（我）就超不爽認為被差別對待，建議取消這個爛制度，會買就會買不是為了什麼點數去買的，我知道會給一星負評的人其實都是社會上的失敗者跟垃圾，但既然生氣了我想當看看失敗者跟垃圾舒壓一下

只要不主動詢問就不會跟你說可以累積點數，上次被坑了4點，這次主動問才說有，這樣乾脆不要點數制度了吧！其實我還比較期望你們回答沒有積點，簡直是毀壞別人好心情的制度，...

店員若暄的態度真的可以再差一點⋯ 購買時我與友人十分注意禮貌也明確的提出自己的需求，並沒有故意找麻煩，結果短短幾分鐘點個餐的時間，一整天的好心情都被莫名其妙的態度毀掉，希望不要因為賣的蛋糕價格較為昂貴，就把自己也當作是精品了⋯ 沒有要求要把顧客當作上帝，但也不能讓顧客感覺是在服務店員吧？ 已經喜歡饅饅好食這個品牌很久了，生日也都是買你們的蛋糕，也經常和朋友推薦，甜點應該是能帶來歡樂的商品，希望能有更友善的交流跟接觸，不要因此影響了對饅饅好食這個品牌的形象，店員的服務態度...

不推薦，不負責任的服務態度👎

明明幾天前打電話訂蛋糕，預約門市取貨，結果到現在店員說查無訂單，結果搞半天，是男店員自己搞錯，為了釐清訂單，我跟朋友在巨城門市等很久，生日行程整個延後。

之後有個男店員說，五分鐘內會親自把蛋糕送到指定地點，結果時間也遠遠超過15分鐘，整個過程白白等了一個多小時💢

店家就自己的疏失完全沒有道歉或補償，生日行程整個被耽誤，感受很差，...

買的饅饅滿滿草莓蛋糕的奶油裡面竟然包了一個綠色不明物體,好險沒有咬下去,但輕輕一捏流出來的綠汁就讓我想到如果剛好沒挖到這一層豈不是直接咬下去了？太噁心了🤮虧蛋糕本身這麼好吃,衷心希望下次蛋糕製作時能注意到,畢竟也是幾百一個的蛋糕😡
