創立於民國74年，是新竹甜不辣的創始店，店名是從當年綜藝節目雙星報喜而來，目前已是第二代經營。 之前Google上的營業時間寫11：00是騙人的，11：00到時才開門準備，阿姨說要11：30才會好，目前時間已改好。 其實店家不只賣甜不辣，牆壁上還有檸檬紅茶一杯30元。 點餐時會問要不要辣，外帶要不要包湯，也可以選擇醬多一點。 很奇怪的是內用外帶的碗不一樣大，不曉得是不是外帶要加蓋所以碗較大，內用要看起來滿出來或不想給那麼多湯所以用小碗。 一碗65元的甜不辣裡有手指甜不辣*4、竹輪*1、三角油豆腐*3、貢丸*1、黑輪片*1、炸黑輪酥*1和菜頭*2，並沒有米血糕。 醬汁是味噌底，還有淡淡的甜味，但沒有到很出色。 所有料的味道都很一般，菜頭沒有煮的很透，小貢丸的胡椒味重，但爛爛的完全不Q脆。 湯是小蝦米去熬的，可無限續湯，但一次只續兩匙，目測大概就180c.c.，不到半碗的量，但留下來的醬配湯的味道還不錯。 廚餘桶在騎樓座位區旁不是很衛生，另外店家有5位阿姨在做，沒事就在那聊天。 目前價格65元是吃懷舊的，實際上真的不值得，建議不需要請那麼多阿姨上班，內用也不要用一次性的餐具，就可以提供優惠一點的價格給消費者。

#双星甜不辣 地址：新竹市大同路42號 電話：03-5243863 營業時間：11：30-22：30 這家真的在新竹屹立不搖 #成立時間民國74年 春夏秋冬都適合吃的點心 真材實料的魚漿做成甜不辣 我在1999年到新竹吃好像40-45 一碗現在漲價到$65 但現在物價水準 也是反應人事材料成本 一碗裡面有 白蘿蔔、竹輪 、 魚板 、 油豆腐 、 甜不辣、黑輪、餛飩餃（有點像燒賣）、魚丸 醬料是味噌的醬汁 還不錯不會太甜還是死鹹 辣椒是自製生辣椒醬夠辣 現在我也不能吃太辣嗚呼 吃完甜不辣一定要喝他的湯 站再旁邊等位子的時候 一直聞到濃濃的香味 這種才是真正甜不辣湯頭 外面北部很多再賣 但湯頭很重要 甜不辣煮的時間也很重要 我常吃到爛爛軟軟的甜不辣 👎👎👎👎👎 這家超Q👍好吃新鮮 有來新竹朋友不要錯過了
