11/20在櫃上請櫃姐試粉餅，櫃姐說我膚色偏暖然後直接拿1w0及2w1給我試在兩邊臉頰。請我比較一下顏色，有說一個比較自然一個比較遮瑕，我後來選擇比較遮瑕的～於11/27至櫃上購買她告訴我的色號2w1.但回家使用後發現整個膚色變得很暗沉。我膚色偏白暖，一直以來就是用他們家的02Light色調，回家後仔細看了色卡，發現明明就有2c1色號在中間為什麼他不推薦我？才發現根本是沒有貨，全台大缺貨，只剩下其他兩個庫存超多。既然我的膚色偏白暖，為什麼推薦我一個死白的跟一個比較暗沉的⋯中間色明明就是很剛好卻隻字未提，總覺得這次的消費被櫃姐給誤導⋯但已經使用過也不能退貨了（不全臉使用真的看不出來差異⋯） 11/27這一次的消費經驗也不是很好。當時在櫃上結帳的時候讓我等了很久，原本去結帳的櫃姐又跑回來說說1樓沒有辦法用預購的特惠去幫我結帳要跑去3樓拿條碼～我告知可以盡快嗎因為要趕火車（那如果你知道要去3樓拿條碼，為什麼剛剛讓我等那麼久回來也沒結帳）於是櫃姐又跑進去小倉庫房告知另外ㄧ位櫃姐。躲在小房間裡面吃飯的櫃姐邊擦嘴邊走出來冷冷的說：「我們1樓沒有辦法讓你用預購的優惠結帳要到3樓去，你如果趕時間還是你要下次再來買？」 蛤？哈囉～我等結帳等了這麼久，然後你叫我下次再來買。 但後來她們不知道為何又在1樓的櫃上找到那個可以刷預購優惠的條碼了～真神奇 不過，我就問...
