I love this hotpot restaurant because of the following reasons: the soup is very delicious vegetables are fresh especially the cabbage.it is sweet. The meat are fresh too even frozen. Condiments have many...

我們寫信到總公司信箱也不見回覆，只好貼出來警示大家。

我與家人在7/20（六）中午12點左右到店內用餐。用餐期間包含我們其他同區客人也向店員多次反應，40桌座位區的冷氣不夠冷，讓客人吃得滿頭大汗進而影響食慾，用餐經驗十分糟糕。

員工回應早上開店發現冷氣故障，已請人維修，而我們向員工表示希望能請示主管看能不能獲得補償或其他處理方式，然而我們在座位上等了一陣子都不見主管出來回應，等到我們準備離開時才終於出現。

一位自稱店長的女性雖然頻頻向我們賠不是與解釋冷氣故障，但事實上員工已向我們解釋過了，因此我們僅想知道店家會怎麼處理這次的疏失。然而店長並未用很嚴肅、認真的態度回覆我們，直到發現我們並不滿意才表示要送我們一份免費的外帶，但我們已熱到食慾盡失不想再吃所以拒絕。

我們認為在開店時發現冷氣故障就不應該接客，而若是已經接客後也不該在客人再三反應後僅協助仍須用餐的顧客，對於即將用餐完畢的客人毫無反應，主管也應該主動出面向所有人解釋，而非僅回覆有反應的客人。

希望貴公司能加強分店的員工教育訓練，因為服務態度及危機處理會影響到貴公司的形象，也會影響客...
