I would give zero stars if I could! This restaurant charges a 10% service fee upfront when you order, but there’s literally no service to speak of. Worse yet, I had to wait around 10 minutes just to place my order. And don’t even get me started on the food. The pork belly is paper-thin, and the beef tongue—supposedly marinated—is completely flavorless. My grill was slightly burned, but no one bothered to check on it.
Their high ratings are misleading because they offer free shrimp in exchange for 5-star reviews. But trust me, it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all—you’ll feel like you’re being robbed the moment...

個人燒肉還不錯,肉質也很棒,很推薦豚トロ,搭配他的椒鹽粉(目數很細),真的很美味❤️
但我只給2顆星,因為櫃檯小姐真的需要再教育! 服務客人要專業,跟客人說話請看著對方的眼睛,尤其你又帶著口罩,根本也看不清你的表情。 帶位的時候,肢體動作不明確就算了,講話咬字也不清晰,我聽到很模糊的「稍等一下」,女服務生就自己走進去了,完全也沒看客人有沒有跟上⋯????? 自己走到位子後就看著站在門口的我,完全也沒有要再出來帶客人的意思,服務0分
客人有疑問,頭不抬起來,低著頭看客人,很像在瞪人,麻煩店家好好再教育,不求服務態度100分,但至少60分也要維持吧! 麻煩再教育或找一個和善的人站櫃檯,不然可惜了美味的料理。
味增湯跟柚香沙拉我也很推薦,可惜用台灣的高麗菜品種稍有辛辣感,不然會更好吃,這也是無法改變的,日本的高麗菜跟台灣的不一樣,但店家的調味是真的很不錯。
喔對了,我想建議業主,我看到很多沒洗的碗堆在廚房門口,不曉得是否裡面沒有洗碗機,服務生不能當下處理,我給一個建議,以前我也在日本燒肉店打工過,店內沒有洗碗機,店長會將水槽盛滿肥皂水,將客戶用完的餐具去除廚餘後先丟入水槽中,不要被客人看見,打烊的時候再慢慢洗,建議是不要把用過的餐...
