服務人員給座位的邏輯令人有點不愉快。

當時約莫接近20點進店，兩位內用 服務人員請我們吧檯就坐，我詢問是否能改在桌座 （畢竟知道待會會談話，希望面對面比較方便） 服務人員表示桌座準備進行清理，不方便 於是我們就吧檯就座了

沒過多久，一組四人的家庭入店，坐桌座 想著四人坐吧台的確不便，還能理解 不過就在我們準備用完餐前，又有兩位客人入店被引導桌座 （當下吧檯還有兩人座空間） 這就實在讓人不解跟不悅了

首先，在我提出希望能桌座就座的當下，桌座尚有十餘個空位，幾乎是九成空 再者，若是稍早如六點左右的尖峰餐期，若桌座還有空間而兩人用餐被指定吧檯還能理解，畢竟店內配位最大化考量下，這樣的安排合情合理 最後，整個用餐過程中，沒有看到服務人員在清理桌座

以上是本次用餐體驗最差的部分。

此外，在用餐過程中，我們前方的湯匙已經完全用完，附近座位也快見底之下，仍不見服務人員積極補充 （當時店內客量不多，約莫三成左右，應該不能以忙碌為理由） 還有，不知是設定或設備問題，空調也時常讓人覺得店內悶熱 （已經是第兩三次到本店用餐，印象中一直有這個問題）

總之，我算是很喜歡貴連鎖店的餐點，也算時常到店用餐（主要都是在台北地區用餐） 食物的部分我認為本店與台北地區的品質無太大差異 但本店的服務品質實在有待加強，不要求多細緻，畢竟性質算是速食且不收服務費，但讓人用餐心情愉悅的基本工作（如基本餐具補充、空調舒適、環境維持與清潔等）如果都不願意著墨，...

1.跟吉野家相比，CP值略勝一籌。上菜速度快，非尖峰時段不用等太久。店家服務態度良好，用餐環境明亮整潔。
