I wish I could give this restaurant a higher rating, but the experience wasn’t great. 😕 The food was excellent and the atmosphere was really good. They even let us bring our dog in if he was in his cart. Unfortunately, the service could be improved.

My partner and I were there for a date on Valentine’s Day. He received his food 20 minutes before mine arrived. We both just ate off his plate and then off of mine once my food arrived. They said it was because they were busy, but I feel like this wasn’t true since they should know how much time it takes to make our food, and we ordered together. I’m quite sure they forgot. Accidents happen, but I wish I they were honest about it. Also, once my partner got his food, nobody came back to refill our water glasses for the rest of the meal.

I have to say that the hostess was incredible. She definitely deserves a raise because she helped to make our experience better. 😁 I’m only rating this so high because of her.

We will try this restaurant again someday, but hopefully the service...

This was a very disappointing experience from a place that came recommended from friends.

A party of 6 who arrived at 6:00 when it wasn’t busy, ordered 5 steaks and 1 pasta. One steak was never served. When we asked about it, we were first told it was already brought. Then once they realized they forgot to bring it, they offered a larger steak to replace it. One problem, it was 45+ minutes after all the other food was served and everyone was done. We told them to just take it off the bill and we would leave as we had a schedule to keep.

Then, time to pay. My streak was ordered at 10oz but was charged at 12.5oz. Typically I will be fine if the cut is bigger, but if you’re charging me 25% more, have the courtesy to come tell me.
