幾次經過都是打烊時間，這日在中正市場剛打完莫德納第二劑，回程經過發現營業中，此時不嚐待何時？ 肚子根本不餓的狀態下點了一碗牛肉麵($120)，牛肉大塊(忘了數幾塊LOL)、麵感Q彈(2021/12/16) 話說俺對食物的直覺，已被諸多友人奉為超能力，這日剛看完電影，友人便興沖沖地要求嚐鮮，既然朋友要請客，當然要點牛三寶麵($170)，而友人點的是半筋半肉麵($140)，吃得很開心，唯一美中不足 -...

牛三寶 湯：完全花長時間熬煮，去腥，去油膩，沒有太多調味，跟很多其他家的醬油湯是不一樣的等次如果可以真想把湯全部喝完，湯很多。

牛腩：入口即化，去牛腥味，卻保留牛肉該有的牛油香。

牛筋：彈性剛好，視人而定，如果說是喜歡吃軟爛牛筋很可能不適合你，但如果希望保有一點咬勁的，絕對推薦，相當反衝的口感，外表柔軟，裡面的未燉爛保有牛肉香，非常驚喜但不違和。

牛肚：最厲害的，大部分作法是用醬油蓋住牛肚一種好像發霉發酵的味道，他卻做到去腥也還是保有牛油香的彈性口感。

缺點：如果你是愛好吃很多牛肉的，這個量可能沒辦法滿...
