Very unique variety of egg pancakes. The house made hot soy sauce they make is very good too. We ordered from here 3 times in the course of 2 days. My favorite one was the scallion thousand year egg basil pancake with pickled peppers. Not sure if that was the correct translation, but I’m sure you’ll figure it out.
