Hands down the BEST PIZZA IVE EVER HAD IN TAIWAN. I’ve been living in this country for 15 years and never have I ever had such an extraordinary pizza. The seasonings are well balanced, the sour dough offered such richness in texture, crisp crust and being mega soft inside.

He is a trained chef with years of experience at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in the USA and Taiwan. All of his ingredients are very high quality. He grates the imported Danish mozarella cheese fresh everyday. Who does that? His soups use homemade chicken stock. He also makes the Italian sausage from scratch himself. Definitely get there early. Read moreWe came to this little pizza place after finding the first one we intended to go to was closed, and we were so pleasantly surprised with this place. The owner/chef makes his own dough, which is fermented for a long period of time before making the crust. This renders crusty ridge and chewy bottom.
