I recently visited this steakhouse and had an absolutely amazing experience. From start to finish, the service was impeccable and the food was truly outstanding.

The steak was cooked to perfection - juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It was clear that only the highest quality ingredients were used. Additionally, the sides were delicious and perfectly complemented the main course. I particularly enjoyed the 8 ounce Australian fillet and Taiwanese duck breast.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch. The dim lighting and cozy decor made for a romantic and intimate dining experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Overall, I would highly recommend this steakhouse to anyone looking for an excellent steakhouse experience. The food, service, and atmosphere are all top-notch and truly worth the price. I can't wait to go back and try more of...

Tourists beware! If you decide to eat here, do not buy anything that is not priced on the menu and that includes wine by the glass. The meal is very overpriced for what you get. We paid over NT$ 2400 for 3 small scallops (overdone) and one small piece of prime rib, which was ok. We asked for two small side salads to accompany the main meal, which in itself was more like a starter! The side salad comprised of one lettuce leaf, one prawn and a little fish roe. We also asked for 2 glasses of red wine (wine was priced by the bottle on the menu and the glasses were barely 125ml - it would have been much cheaper to have bought the bottle!). The appetiser dishes were really good! The mushroom soup had a great truffle fragrance. The aged bacon and prawn was really delicious with a right amount of flavour to the bacon and texture of the prawn.

Then comes the star of the show.. no words can describe the taste of this dry aged piece of gem. The flavour of the meat is fully retained while maintaining its juiciness, tenderness and texture of the highest grade of beef you can find. Not mentioning the mystery of the sweetness of the meat after every chew.

The aged bacon and prawn was really delicious with a right amount of flavour to the bacon and texture of the prawn. Then comes the star of the show.. no words can describe the taste of this dry aged piece of gem. 入坐侍應有十分鐘沒發現我的餐桌上沒餐具,以致餐湯來時我呆了不知如何開口。 以吃西餐來說,節奏是不夠慢的,每道快要吃到最後一羹剛好馬上就來新的,感覺上可以有3分鐘間隔便完美。一開始傻乎乎,後來結帳才明白被櫃位的鏡頭視像監視。 先說主菜是乾式熟成的澳洲mayura7+和牛丁骨牛扒。熟度是很可以的,不會過老亦沒有不熟的部位。梅林反應以致焦糖效果在牛肉的表面吃得出廚師在烤功狠下過功夫,略嫌做得太薄。 敗筆的是肉味和肉汁過份流失,也許是運送與熟成櫃相加之保鮮時間起來過長,以致與過去澳洲吃過的較新鮮和牛相比之下遜色不少,肉食之無味,肉汁大概只餘下原來的1/3,失去了爆發的味蕾衝激。個人意見是可考慮點對點空運食材及加快出清即期品,減少海運陸路的解凍再冷凍保質變化和長期積壓的庫存。可以採取預約制預先準備食材,減少食材到期和浪費。 炭火木香取材上可以更進取濃味一點,淡淡的木香配上紅酒的丹寧與牛肉平衡簡直是享受。 餐點掉星的位置是配菜,掉得挺多的,幾乎每道都表現出水份的過度流失不新鮮感,以致白磨姑、小蕃茄、萵苣、蝦子、火腿應有的鮮味、口感、肌理與食材配搭上的化學都失去了。而磨姑湯當中的松露過份強烈氣味有廉價感,以上因不是主菜這項的專注投放多少說得過去。 論裝潢和氣氛,小小的花蓮能吃到如此高檔的牛扒店還夫復何求呢。下面的留言要與台北美福和國賓A cut相比實在太強人所難了。花蓮的話推薦一下濂割烹,食物服務和裝潢都有較優勝。 可以大進步空間的是服務質素,如餐點介紹和食用解說,另外更換餐具和收盤的動作和說明都可以詳細。服務員小姐給人的印象太過緊張和生疏,因小出錯生怕客人會不滿以致出錯頻頻,結帳時差點按錯呢。 以上是給職牛打氣。
