花本家壽司 — Restaurant in Hualien City

UPDATE: This place used to be packed with people enjoying delicious Japanese food. Today's visit seems to indicate a drastic decline in quality and management. The restaurant halved in size with only 8 seats available. The chef was slamming things in the kitchen and visibly frustrated. We arrived a few minutes before opening and there was already no freshly-made food available for order, only a refrigerated section of pre-made orders. Sad to see a place fall from its former glory. Regrettably, now only a 1 star.
