Last minute reservation. It has such high ratings and people we know loved it so we had high hopes. Also such a rush like a conveyor belt. They don’t explain anything in english, so you better learn Chinese first. My friend translated all conversations. Read more8/8(日)中午11:30預訂外帶自取餐#JOPPR、等了半個小時12:09才取到餐。 因為是透過網路預訂的餐點、已領取的餐點居然是在13:56還接到取餐語音電話,未免荒唐?
1.網路訂單系統: 網路訂單顯示"餐點準備完畢會電話通知;屆時請在預約時間內前來領餐",當天等到11:15都尚未接到電話、只好提早出發11:30準時向現場提供訂單編號並付款,還是於現場等候了半小時。 「訂單系統不符現狀;建議貴公司調整可取餐時間、如11:30開始營業才開始製餐、那就不要有可以11:30領餐的時段選擇。」
2.外帶自取/外送出餐領餐順序: 因自知餐點約5~6人份可能較多;當8/6(五)一早09:26網路可預約時段出現之後,就馬上網路下單預訂也順利在當天10:37收到接收訂單簡訊。 然而8/8(日)當天報到付款後;現場告知我們是外帶自取單號2號,耐心等候的前15分鐘;看到一樣網路訂單的8號、4號都叫號取餐走人、UberEat外送也來了不同的三位外送員取走了三張份量大小不一的不同訂單,甚至還有外帶自取14號因為只有一袋小小的品項;一樣被叫號領餐走人。 很好奇貴公司;是如何排單出餐的呢? 因為支持貴公司餐點所以點較多品項的顧客就理應久候嗎?如因品項多而需要久侯,是否留意網路訂單系統的設計與提醒警語? 如外送可優先出餐的話;我們也願意多花點錢叫外送。
3.員工應對態度落差: 當等待時間來到20分鐘;跟我取餐的母親聊天的4號先生取餐走人後,我站在門口看到聽到、我母親有向著從二樓提餐下樓的女員工詢問:「請問2號餐點何時可以取餐?已經等候很久、且前面有好多位都已經取餐走了,我們還要等多久?」這位女員工回覆:「已經有跟廚房問過了、不好意思!!」聽來刺耳暴躁、如果不是真的"不好意思"可以不用勉強說出強裝謙虛,你們忙碌我們理解,但我們不是來當出氣包的。 當天等餐時段;門口領檯的女員工,態度親切、有條有理,對於每個來報到的都給予清楚指引、每個詢問的都給予真摯道歉與協助詢問回覆(看她來回跑進跑出)、小小遮雨棚下沒帶傘等待的顧客還主動詢問是否會被雨濺到?可提供雨傘借用。
另外、謝謝領檯小姐安撫作用的道歉與塞了兩隻筆,但還是希望能讓貴公司明白;小禮物我們真的不需要。
※最後、因為我並不是很懂貴公司內部是如何運作與SOP應對;甚至給我母親一種誤解「如果是會員;就可以比較早拿到」這樣的差別認知。(因只能一人入內等待取餐,我待在門口可能有遺漏片段,故無法得知母親說的是真是偽?)只能單就我的體驗去給予回饋與意見,如貴公司能夠進行適當說明;還是...
