第一次留言負評，今天真的是一個非常令人難過的用餐經驗，今天是第一次去，也是最後一次⋯ 今日至 貴店用餐，服務人員端飲品時不慎從空中翻倒，導致我的手機直接整支被淋濕，我的衣服、褲子、內衣褲、包包整個都濕掉，而且飲品是有糖的紅茶，服務人員當下有立刻拿乾淨的抹布來擦拭。 因為全身都濕透且黏黏的，但也還好離家還算近，所以服務人員當下就請我先回家換衣服，殊不知這是惡夢的開始⋯ 回家一趟後，擦拭了所有的物品，浸泡了所有的衣物，還沖了澡，就花了將近半小時以上的時間，又因為餐廳附近不好停車，繞了兩圈才找到停車位，前前後後花了不少時間。 結果到了餐廳後，因為點餐時已結帳，用餐的過程中也沒有服務人員來慰問，還是用餐結束後我才詢問店家要如何處理這件事。結果服務人員卻說：我們也是第一次遇到這種事，不然妳想怎麼處理，這餐給妳免單嗎？ 我不太理解：為什麼好像是我做錯事，然後我去凹店家？？？ 總之，餐點還不錯吃，但危機處理能力非常有待加強⋯ 附上我被染色的白色外套⋯
