百匯四品碟的五味九孔鮑跟一般吃到的鮑魚不太一樣他們的薄歸薄但很Q彈😆 油雞算蠻普通的烏魚子很少在吃所以也吃不出什麼鑑別度😅 叉燒個人覺得蠻有嚼勁味道很香😆 生魚片其實不沾醬吃也別有風味😂其中橘色的那個個人比較喜歡😆比較有魚肉的感覺😂其他就好像在吃蒟蒻😅搭配檸檬點綴還能吃到淡淡的檸檬味😆 起司焗烤龍蝦是裡面餐點中最讓我驚艷的龍蝦口感很鮮嫩加上焗烤非常的絕配👍 甜品上個人比較喜歡小檸檬塔根乳酪蛋糕😆檸檬塔的檸檬味道很重吃起來還有酸酸的感覺～乳酪蛋糕上面是焦糖偏甜反而中間的乳酪體剛剛好～綿密帶有點淡淡的奶香味😆 冰淇淋個人吃起來比較像哈根達斯的草莓口味😂 小缺點是味增湯裡的魚刺處理的不是很乾淨..😅 以環境裝潢來說這裡非常的氣派😆 服務人員也很貼心～機車停車上也蠻方便的對面就有停車格

點了桌菜料理+烤鴨，一桌兩萬的餐點，食材用料新鮮，料理水平差強人意，調味跟技術都和食材不成正比。廚師很早就下班了？出菜出太快，請服務人員慢一點都擋不住。門口站的光頭經理跟一名服務員連帶位都不會，站在那邊站崗的嗎？論同價位的桌菜料理下次絕對不會選擇林皇宮，寧願吃國賓。星星一顆給裝潢氣氛、一顆給食材！
