魯克思咖啡 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

The closing sign at the door says it closes at 21.30. My friend and I came at 20:00, the waiter directly tell us that their last order is until 20.20. We said ok, ordered, even paid beforehand. We proceed to take pictures but then 10 minutes in, the waiter served one of our three orders and called us out like, hey your food is ready. We went back to our table, the second plate was just served at the same time, but we still waited for our last order (the drink) for about 5 minutes. I feel like they are really rushing us to get out? We ate for like 15-30 minutess, and as soon as we finished our food, they were like, I’ll clean up yeah? We were even nice about it and said sure, even though it isn’t even 21.00 yet … We still wanted some pictures so we continue taking them but then the waiters were like laughing in the background? So rude 🙂🙂 Just for reference, we paid 620nt in total just for a drink and two spaghettis. The food was truly mediocre af best and what made it worth was the place's aesthetic. Pretty average cafe, with deep fried frozen food and bland pastas - exactly as you'd expect from any other themed cafe. The decor is nice if you're into taking photos and all, but I wouldn't visit for the food.

Unacceptable. First of all, they won’t make any accommodation/customization for dietary restrictions. Following that, appetizers was served AFTER the main course! How hard is it to fry some chicken?
