I visited accidentally today at this restaurant I was so Excited to Experience a Chinese Lunch,

我今天偶然去了這家餐廳，我很高興能體驗一頓中式午餐，

But my Happiness was not to long, once I ordered food, then I Realized to check an As a Honest person, I realised that check my Card Payment, because I got Visa an Master card, an I was not sure it work or not in Taiwan,China, then I asked waitress to use my card first for payement, an then only give me food

但我的幸福并没有持续太久，当我点了食物后，我才意识到要检查我的信用卡付款，因为我有 Visa 和 Master 信用卡，我不确定它在台湾和中国是否能用，然后我让女服务员先用我的卡付款，然后才给我食物

She went to, desk service an cam back an said card is not working, I offered my other card, but this time went her because I realised they are not using Chip, at the desk service my doubt was right, I requested to use chip, they denied, an they checked other card, but same declined on wifi an swipe payement, since card was programed for usage Chip on restrict countries

她去了前台，服务员说卡不能用，我提供了另一张卡，但这次去找她，因为我意识到他们没有使用芯片，在前台，我的疑惑被证实了，我要求使用芯片，他们拒绝了，他们检查了其他卡，但同样拒绝了 wifi 刷卡支付，因为卡被编程为在限制国家使用芯片

now these Guest Services girls are seeing me as Shady person, an they asked me to pay for the food order then only they will allow me to leave the restaurant, an they even asked me to call my friends as I don't have money to pay the bill, this was shitty humiliation, I felt today, my experience was completely ruined now, an I was not in mood to eat the lunch at this because of this Humiliation

现在这些客服女孩都把我看作可疑的人，她们要求我支付餐费，然后才允许我离开餐厅，她们甚至要求我打电话给我的朋友，因为我没有钱付账，这真是太丢脸了，我今天感觉，我的用餐体验完全被毁了，因为这种羞辱，我没有心情在这里吃午餐

My time was wasted, My experience was ruined, an I didn't enjoyed the food, additionally I noticed now, during writing this didn't even served me, the desert which I ordered, but still I paid them, for Humiliation they given me, Such a horrible Experience I can't even express in my words how I'm feeling now, those who are visiting please think...

Had end of year banquet of 20 tables. Very very rude and inconsiderate service. The Lin castle at Kaohsiung is at a very convenient location but this is my third time there. The service and food and especially the upper management ppl are very rude and arrogant. I see they are always full hence they don't value their customers. I suggest if U have a choice. Choose another place for banquets. Let the Lin castle of Kaoshiung lose business so they may hopefully readjust and improve for better. Otherewise this poor place will always be bad and will be worse and they won't change cuz of good profit from cutting the...

The Lin Palace added Salmon for sashimi bar The foods are delicious it has great wines. The executive Chef is friendly.In addition, the entire staffs from receptions to servers are courtesy & eager to assist except i have encounter some unpleasant experience with one of the server on 09/25/21 i think she has anger issue needs to be educate by her boss. I was going to told her i am not your co-worker and i am your customer.
