The meat quality is fantastic. We ordered the most expensive set menu and it came with top quality A5 wagyu seared to perfection.
This review is mainly about the service and ambiance. The images posted here all show elaborate furnishing in the main room, but we reserved a private room. These rooms are literally 3 walls of plywood and 1 wall of rusty mirror. I’ve seen sauna rooms in hotel spas look fancier than this. I’ve attached a photo to show how awful it looked.
The service was also quite subpar. The employees would not come into the room to grill for us like they did for the guests in the main room, instead they grilled the food in the kitchen and brought it in. They also mistakenly brought in too little food twice (we had 3 people and they consistently brought in 2 servings).

At Ginza I was able to experience one of the most luxurious yakiniku restaurant. Since I came back to Taiwan, I wasn’t able to find any yakiniku restaurant that can fulfill my taste until innroast, a yakiniku restaurant which opened up recently. There wagyu beef are spectacular. The employees were passionate with what they are doing and customer service is spot on. This is a restaurant that I would recommend to each and one of you that fall in love with high quality beef and a high end eating environment. 今天四個人點了$6880 & $3880的兩個雙人套餐。 感覺吃起來像在吃人均1~2000的燒肉。 服務人員餐點介紹自以為全部都有說明到,實際上客人在聽完全不知道在說什麼、重點在哪、餐點特色差異在哪(還是因為沒特色也不知道怎麼介紹?),自顧自的走完老闆要求的SOP,反正客人想知道什麼再問就好,走個過場交代一下。 餐點搭配無特色 & 食材中規中矩,整體吃下來真的毫無記憶點。 用料已經沒讓人驚艷了(品質絕對不差,這價格還能差到哪),每道餐又無設計搭配真的普通再不過,單純食物原味比拼。 與前一次的用餐體驗相去甚遠,兩個字:失望

用餐體驗 今日預約了四人包廂,用餐感受很隱密。 今日由於客人數不少,但很幸運還是有人在桌邊替我們做燒烤,能讓我們更專心享受美食。
冷前菜 水雲醋凍:很酸,如果不喜歡酸性食物的會排斥,但我能接受,還算開胃 涼拌蔥鹽牛舌:沒什麼亮點,但整體還算好吃 干貝鮭魚卵佐海膽:海膽沒腥味,干貝沒過多調味,連同鮭魚卵一起吃下去調味剛好,口感也很有趣。
魚子醬和牛握壽司:和牛一入口的油脂香,完全蓋過魚子醬的味道,這搭配比較不理想,但兩者食材都是有水準的。
松露蒸蛋:松露的味道不會太重,有提味的效果。整體吃起來一個字 鮮
澳洲和牛 厚切牛舌:有一定厚度,吃起來很有嚼勁,卻很好入口。 薄切牛舌:80%嫩+20%嚼勁的口感。 兩種牛舌的不同口感都要試試看,驚豔的點不同。 薄切後腰翼板:吃牛肉香 橫膈膜:屬於好入口的有嚼勁,能比肋條有更棒的咀嚼過程。
日本和牛 月見紐約客:日本和牛的油脂香,搭配生蛋黃與他搭配的照燒醬中和,搭配著飯吃,讓整體口感不會過膩,又能享受各項食材的優點。 厚切赤身肉:就是吃他的肉香與油香
