The worst restaurant I’ve been to in a long time. We arrived — the place was nice and air-conditioned — but the waiter barely understood anything. It took him a very long time to take our order, and by the time he finally did, the kitchen had already closed. That meant we couldn’t order anything else during the meal because he was so slow.
We ordered five portions of fries, which arrived 35 minutes after we had already finished eating our steaks. The steaks themselves were not tasty at all.
The worst part was that the menu had no prices for the steaks, so we asked the waiter, who said they cost between 300–400 TWD. When the bill came, we discovered they actually cost 600 TWD each. After we pointed this out, the manager came over and said they would reduce the price to 400 — but that the waiter would have to pay the difference from his salary.
Why would they even tell us that? Are they trying to make us feel uncomfortable so we’ll just pay the full price? If it was their mistake, they should simply fix it without trying to guilt us into paying.

They have a set menu where you can select your soups, salads, meats, dessert and drinks. You can also upgrade your portions for the meats. The presentation of the platters where great and the portions felt just about right. You need to make a reservation for larger groups but not sure if they except walk ins. I have two issues, first is I feel the servers are a bit confused when serving your order. Maybe because we’re a large group? But peoples soup where missing or the served the wrong cooked meat. A few points for people expecting western cuisine proper:
They must have cut costs by not getting proper english translations for recent menu items. Issues range from slight (frank vs flank steaks) to major (grapefruit tea is actually pomelo and dragon fruit). English menu descriptions are unspecific and sometimes outright misleading
Steak options are pretty bad. They increased quantity of meat but reduced quality. The seasoning on the steak is heavy with herbs and sauce is drenched instead of put on the side (more of an eastern serving style)
Some fine points, like serving creme brulee in a deep cup and using dull knives to cut steak are not addressed correctly.
