預定晚上11:30，遲到20分鐘到那邊後直接被告知包廂已給別人了，我們所有人當下傻眼，服務人員表示訂位時電話會有告知遲到會把包廂取消，但我很確定當初訂包廂時小姐並沒有告知，我甚至連幾分鍾沒到會給別人都不知道，我們只想說也沒打電話確認應該會直接扣時間，結果是整個包廂沒有，取消過程也沒有任何一通電話，那你們留我訂位電話是留心酸的？小姐也一副活該因為你們遲到，說接下來要等12:30客人取消我們排候補，但也不一定有位置，所以你們等到12:30沒位置你們還是活該唷～不斷的鬼打牆， 服務態度跟處理方式真的很爛， **勸要去的人最好「自行詢問」遲到時間緩衝及「保證不遲到」自己家...

一開始是我打電話詢問包廂跟預訂 接電話的人員是大姊姊不但聲音好聽 還有理解能力、口條素質很高 積極介紹神采給壽星的服務 在我詢問過其他KTV之後 最後選擇神采慶生的主要原因 昨天每個朋友都跟我稱讚： 你們的服務是所有KTV遇過最好的 謝謝你們的服務、讓我身為主揪很有面子 特別喜歡你們的B16大包廂 原本B17對我們來說稍微擠了點 後來唱到設備有狀況、完全沒聲音 人員立即處理換包廂、值得五星好評 牛肉麵肉多又大塊、水餃好吃附蘿蔔湯 滷味拼盤、奶茶、都有吃光、喝完 調味應該是不錯的吧～我是吃不下了就沒吃
