We have finished self-ordering by the machine at 18:20 and waited for 30 minutes when we finally gave up standing at the desk, sweating and being bitted by mosquitoes. When we asked for refund, they said nothing. Not even an sincere apology. Very uncomfortable experience. Go for other places for food unless you seek for something to screw...

我今天發生一件非常非常誇張的事情，很久之前我忘記什麼時候去這間店消費了，當時因為有JCB活動，所以我很確信我用實體卡刷卡，因為我的手機從來只綁花旗 後來他們說當次消費不能換蛋塔，我就想說下次再換 然後我看我手上除了發票以及消費明細以外只有這張紙，我就問櫃台說請問我的優惠券呢？ 結果櫃檯跟領班都跟我說只有這張紙，憑這張就可以直接兌換 然後因為第一次打算去換跟我說蛋塔要等五分鐘；但那天我剛好急著離開所以我就想說改天再換；前幾天晚上回家時想說吃宵夜順便換結果消毒沒開門；今天想換卻跟我說我當初不是用實體卡刷的所以沒有條碼不能換？？？哈囉 我想請問我的手機沒有綁這張卡的實體卡欸！？結果領班跟櫃台人員都跟我說不能換….是？ 而且如果有這狀況當初幫我刷卡前就一定要說要刷實體卡不然就沒有號碼吧？ 再來，第一次我要去買的時候櫃檯就說了可以給我換只是要等五分鐘，那那次是什麼情況？

我不是真的在意區區一顆蛋塔，而是貴公司要辦活動的話是不是至少領班也要進入一下狀況？

我用實體卡刷沒給我條碼，刷完都問櫃台了還跟我說可以直接用這個換，然後一下可以換一下不能換又推說我不是用實體卡，到底出了什麼問題？是不是請貴公司好好檢討一下...

[2025/03/21 數訪] 最近肯德基好似正在推自助點餐機，無論去哪一家踏進去的瞬間店員都會口頭宣導，但自助點餐機一直連線異常點了三次，點炸雞沒主動給胡椒粉，剛走上樓梯又整盤端下樓詢問索要，一坐下來又發現剛剛使用環保杯沒主動退費，再跑下樓請人員退費，本來開心用餐卻變得有點忙亂。 [2024/03/11 初訪] 蛋撻好吃，炸雞的部分提供了一塊不大且肉很乾的雞翅，肯德基的炸雞居然不好吃這點有點讓人失望，薯條雖然是小份的，但店員輕輕一撈就小小一份，看來真的蠻沒誠意的，店員沒有主動提供胡椒粉或番茄醬，索要時才告知胡椒粉缺貨無法提供。
